Developing methods for microseismic data processing and modelling applied to unconventional reservoir characterization and hazard analysis of induced seismicity

German Rodriguez-Pradilla is working on his PhD in Geoscience with Prof. Eaton at the University of Calgary.

He received his MSc (2014) in Geophysics and his B-Eng (2010) in Civil Engineering at Universidad Nacional de Colombia.¬†German’s current research focuses on developing robust methods for microseismic data processing and modelling applied to unconventional reservoir characterization and hazard analysis of induced seismicity. He is also interested in R&D work in microseismology associated with the exploration and development of natural resources after graduation.

German is also bilingual (English and Spanish).
